Delivery
Can I get flowers delivered the same day?
Yes. Orders placed by 19:00 Sunday to Thursday, or by 14:00 on Friday, go out the same day.
Where do you deliver?
To 64 towns: Karmiel, the Misgav communities, the Beit HaKerem Valley and other towns in the Galilee. The full list and prices are in the delivery price list.
How much does delivery in Karmiel cost?
₪28, and on orders from ₪250 delivery in Karmiel is free.
How much does delivery to other towns cost?
Every town has a fixed price, between ₪40 and ₪120. The price is added automatically at checkout when you choose a town.
My town is not on the list. What should I do?
Message us on WhatsApp at 052-6009393 and we will check.
Can I pick up the order myself?
Yes. Choose “store pickup” at checkout and collect the order from the shop at HaPisga 20 (Merkaz Ma'aravit) in Karmiel, during opening hours.
Do you deliver on Shabbat?
No. The shop is closed on Shabbat, and deliveries go out Sunday to Friday.
Opening hours
What are the shop's opening hours?
Sunday to Thursday 09:00-19:00, Friday 08:00-14:00. The shop is closed on Shabbat.

Ordering
How do I order?
On the website: choose a product, add a greeting, choose delivery or pickup and pay. You can also order by phone at 04-9081486 or on WhatsApp at 052-6009393.
Can I add a greeting?
Yes. Write the greeting in the order, and we print it on a greeting card that is attached to the delivery. It is printed exactly as you wrote it, in any language.
Will the bouquet look exactly like the photo?
Every bouquet is arranged in the shop from fresh flowers, and the flowers vary by season. So slight changes in flower types and shades are possible, while the style, size and value are kept.
How do I pay on the website?
By credit card, on a secure Cardcom payment page. On an iPhone you can also use Apple Pay.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, as long as we have not started preparing it, with no cancellation fee and a full refund of what was paid. Bouquets and arrangements that have already been made cannot be cancelled. The full details are in the terms and cancellation policy.
Can I add a balloon, wine or chocolate?
Yes. In the cart you can add balloons, a giant number balloon, wine and chocolate, on their own or to go with a bouquet.
Funeral flowers
Can I order a funeral spray or a funeral wreath?
Yes. We make funeral sprays and funeral wreaths in a dignified, quiet design. You can order on the website or call 052-6009393, and we will help you choose and word a dedication.
Where do you deliver funeral flowers?
To the cemetery and to the house of mourning, arranged in advance.
Weddings and events
How far in advance should I order a bridal bouquet?
We recommend arranging it at least a day ahead, by phone or on WhatsApp. There is usually availability.
And what about wedding car decoration?
Here too we arrange in advance, at least a day ahead, by phone or on WhatsApp.
Do you have flower crowns?
Yes. Flower crowns made of live flowers, for birthdays, Shavuot, brides and bridesmaids. All flower crowns.
