Privacy Policy

We use your details only to handle your order and your inquiry. Here we explain what is collected, why, and what your rights are, under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.

• With an order: the name, phone and email (optional) of the person ordering. For delivery, also the name, phone and address of the recipient. Also the date, greeting and notes. Purpose: to prepare and deliver the order, to coordinate with you and to send an invoice.
• With payment: you enter your card details on the Cardcom page, and they do not reach us. We keep only the transaction confirmation, the card type and the last 4 digits, to identify the payment and to issue a refund if needed.
• In the “Leave your details” form: name, phone and email (optional), so that we can get back to you.
• Visit statistics: we count visits anonymously: the page you entered, the device type (phone, tablet or computer), where you came from (for example Google or WhatsApp) and the time. No IP address, name or permanent identifier is stored.
• Security: to prevent the site from being flooded with requests, an encrypted code (hash) of the IP address, which cannot be used to recover it, is kept for a short time. It is deleted after 7 days.

The law does not require you to give us information. Without a name, phone number and delivery details we cannot handle an order. Without an email address we cannot email you an invoice.

You give us the recipient's details, and they are used only to deliver the order and to coordinate with the recipient.

We do not sell information and do not pass it on for marketing. The information goes only to providers who help us run the site, and only as far as needed:

• Cardcom: the payment processor. Receives the payment details, name, phone and email, and issues the invoice.
• Cloudflare: hosting of the site and the database. Its servers are also outside Israel.
• Resend: the service that sends the site's emails, for example a notice to the shop about a new order. Its servers are abroad.
• Google (Gmail): the shop's mailbox, which receives the notices about orders and inquiries.
• The courier who delivers the order receives only the delivery details. We will give information to the authorities only when the law requires it.

The shop has no marketing, advertising or tracking cookies, and no tools such as Google Analytics. The cart, the draft of the order form and the accessibility settings are kept only in your browser, on your device, and are not sent to us until you place an order.

Order details are kept as long as they are needed to handle the order, for service, and to meet our obligations under the law, for example bookkeeping. Inquiry details are kept as long as they are needed to handle the inquiry. You can ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep.

The site is encrypted (HTTPS), and access to order details is limited to the shop owner, with a password. No method protects one hundred percent, but we make a reasonable effort to protect the information.

• To see the information kept about you.
• To ask to correct incorrect information, or to delete information that we are not required to keep.
• To ask that we not contact you any more.

We do not send advertising messages. If we want to send promotions by email or messages in the future, we will ask for your consent first.

The site has links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and Waze. These are external services, each with its own privacy policy.
